Why are you selling your house this way? We were browsing in Barnes and Noble bookstore and came across a copy of the book “How to Sell Your Home in Five Days”. We are intrigued with the concept. We like being able to sell the home quickly. Selling involves one week of hard work, so the home is ready for a single weekend inspection/open house, instead of potentially months of sporadic showings.
